Gebze / Kocaeli Factory Serial Calorimetric Test Laboratory

It is a serial calorimetric R&D test laboratory project developed for Systemair HSK company.

Project Features;

• In accordance with figure 12 in AMCA 210 standards, air handling unit fan aerodynamic tests can be performed from 5,000 m3/h to 100,000 m3/h, due to its steel construction structure resistant to external static pressure up to 5000 Pa. The testing laboratory will be accredited by AMCA (Air Movement and Control Association).

• Due to 800 kW cooling, 1200 kW heating capacity, 1200 lt/h adiabatic humidification capability; data center cooling units produced by Systemair - HSK can be performed by simulating the performance tests of air handling units, chiller units, outdoor environmental conditions and indoor loads.

• Environmental conditions of 28 countries, 52 cities can be simulated during 4 seasons and 12 months.

• It has a heat recovery capability of 800 kW for minimum energy consumption during the tests.

• All measurement techniques are made in accordance with ASHRAE 143-2015 standards.

• At the end of the test, a performance report specific to the tested unit is generated.

• Users who are allowed from anywhere with an internet connection with VPN (Virtual Private Network) can follow the test moment live.

With these features, the project has the title of "The world's largest capacity serial calorimetric test laboratory".
